6 Keys to Bootstrapping Your New Company

This is the first video from my 10 part series on Docstoc. I like the style of the videos they produce, they’re short and to the point with good nuggets; not just mine, all of them, and there are hundreds from other smarter guys than me. That said, the stuff in my videos is pretty darn good too. I’ll post them all up here one at a time over the next few weeks.

Here is the first one, it’s about bootstrapping, a strategy I know well and continue to use, even in my real life. I think I find it so great not just because it’s an effective way to manage your business, but also because it’s a way to reduce stress. One of the most stressful things you can experience in business is not having enough cash to pay bills. Eventually that leads to layoffs, which is even worse. It sucks. So bootstrap if you can, and here are 6 keys to doing it.
